Medscribbler can provide several financing options through its partners; Microsoft Financing and G S Financial. Whatever your needs whether it is outright purchase financing of software and hardware, a practice acquisition or even an EMR upgrade to Medscribbler from an old electronic medical record there is an option available.

Microsoft Financing provides a single medical financing resource for all of your IT needs. Unlike traditional lease financing, Microsoft Financing will finance 100 percent of eligible Microsoft and Medscribbler software, services; and the computer hardware for them… with no hidden costs.

Not a lease program, the hardware and software is owned at the beginning of the contract. You can finance software, services and hardware as long as it includes Medscribbler and at least one Microsoft component in the contract.

For traditional lease financing GS Financial can provide resources for complete medical financing needs. GS Financial is a specialty finance company that leases medical office equipment for a broad spectrum of providers located throughout the United States. In its over 17-year history, GS Financial has transacted over $1 Billion in equipment, software and services financing.

A lease program that can include any needed equipment or other financial needs requires only the purchase of Medscribbler software and services. Lines of credit are preserved and there are more flexible payment options.

The SmartPay™ finance promotion, in addition to handling all hardware, software and service requirements, lets you select a payment structure that accurately reflects your budget.

Choose one of 5 premiums ($50, $100, $200, $500 or $1,500) for the first 12 months then revert to regular payments (from 12 to 48 months) to remunerate the balance.
SmartPay Promotion Terms and Conditions:

Customers choose one of five monthly payment options for 12 months from the daye of transaction.
During the initial twelve-month period, payments are fixed at the dollar amount selected per month.
After the initial twelve-month payment period, the loan balance is paid in regular monthly payments from 12 to 48 months.
For Enterprise Agreements (EA) and License and Software Assurance (L&SA) products, call for a quote on loan structure and specific agreement terms. The overall term of the contract must match the term of the volume licensing agreement.
All Microsoft Products and licenses are eligible for the promotion. In addition, partner services and other products required to implement a Microsoft technology solution are eligible, including Microsoft Software Assurance and MBS Service/Enhancement Plans. Microsoft Financing requires that you have at least one Microsoft component in the total financed solution to be eligible.

Q. How long can the solution be financed?
A. Financing terms are anywhere from 24 to 60 months, depending on the program.

Q. Will rising interest rates affect my APR?
A. Upon commencement of a financing transaction, our payments are fixed and our financing terms are competitive.

Q. Is there a maximum or minimum transaction size?
A. Transactions must exceed US$3,000. Microsoft Financing has sole discretion in granting credit.

Q. Will the offer be flexible enough to add on products or services during the term of the contract?
A. The offer terms allow for easy additions starting at US$5,000. Additional credit approval may be required.

Q. How is Microsoft Financing different than a lease?
A. Microsoft Financing offers loans not leases. You will receive rights to use Medscribbler and any hardware as long as needed based on payment terms. You will also own the equipment at the beginning of the contract. And unlike many leases, there are no additional fees or down payments. Everything is a known value that is agreed upon before the customer signs the contract.
